Do you provide care plans?

Yes - we offer chronic condition management plans (previously known as care plans) where patients meet the medicare eligibility criteria. Book an appointment with your GP to discuss this further.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes - most of our doctors are accepting new patients. We have both male and female doctors available.

What services do you offer?

Crown West Medical provides general practice care, women’s health, mental health, preventative health, chronic disease management, and skin checks. We also offer some specialised services such as iron infusions, gender affirming hormone therapy and a specialised skin cancer clinic.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online anytime or call the clinic during business hours.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Yes. Telehealth is available for eligible patients, depending on your clinical needs and Medicare requirements.

Do you bulk-bill?

Most appointments are privately billed. Bulk billing may apply in specific cases at the doctor’s discretion.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Your Medicare card, any relevant test results, referrals, and a list of medications you’re currently taking.

Can I get a repeat prescription without a consultation?

Most prescriptions require an appointment. In some cases, quick repeats can be arranged if clinically appropriate.
